Joe Broussard (Regional Director)

Athletic Experience:
High School: Crespi High School (Encino CA) -Football, Baseball.
College: LA Pierce Junior College Football, Fresno State University Football.
Coaching Experience:
High School football, Baseball and Golf, Little League Sports Teams.
Ministry Experience:
Joe served at the Evangelical Free Church in Fresno as Pastor of College Ministries for 11 years before accepting a position with FCA. His adult life has been spent serving in some ministry capacity.
Personal:

? Married to Faythe
? Has three children; Charity, CJ and Cayla.
? One sibling, sister Connie.
? Hobbies include coaching and watching my three children in sports; and golf.
? Biggest athletic achievement includes teaching his wife, Faythe, to hit a softball!

College: California State University, Fresno Football (Most Inspirational Player, Humanitarian of the Year @ MPC Computers Bowl).
Ministry Experience:
Born to Christian Parents, Jamal was raised to serve God with all his abilities. Through football, Jamal has taken every opportunity to speak to hundreds of young athletes, church groups, civic groups, teammates and coaches. His passion for purity and pursuing God has inspired many to look deep inside and pursue God themselves. Now, Jamal intends to use his talents and abilities to impact and influence athletes and coaches full-time.
Personal:
? Born on September 1.
? Four siblings, Crystal Croft, Latausha Wade, Jason Jones, and Joshua Jones.
? Hobbies include watching movies, eating (home cook meals & eating out), reading, working out, writing, Bible study, discussing relationships, etc.
? Did you know Jamal once hosted a Home & Garden party at his apartment?
? Admires his dad, Christopher Jones, because of his deep commitment to God, family and ministry.
? His Favorite book is Bible? The Purpose Driven Life, Wild at Heart, Choosing God?s Best, Decision Making and the Will of God, and The Five Love Languages. You know, it?s time for me to buy a new book!!
? Biggest athletic thrill to date includes receiving the Humanitarian of the Year award at the MPC Computers Bowl.

Faythe Broussard (Fresno County Representative)

High School: Monterey Bay Academy Track, Gymnastics, Football.
College: Walla Walla College Track, Gymnastics.
Coaching Experience:
? Any team her children are on.
Ministry Experience:
Being the talented daughter of a world-traveling evangelist, Faythe was literally born into the ministry. She has led musical worship services on three continents! She has also competed on ministry sports teams in college and beyond. Faythe is highly sought after as a speaker and ministry leader in ministries such as Moms in Touch, Good News Bible Club, and FCA. Her humor and enthusiasm leave people appreciating life and how good God is.
Personal:

? Faythe is married to Joe Broussard and they have three children, Charity, CJ and Cayla.
? She has three siblings; Scott, Stuart, and Melanie.
? Hobbies include hanging out with and coaching her children and physical fitness.
? Biggest athletic achievement includes being part of a gymnastic performance team in college for three years.
? Faythe is the daughter of an evangelist and lived in Africa for almost three years.
? She most admires her husband Joe and brother Stuart.

It is no secret that Faythe is a valuable member on Team FCA. Her first priority is ministering to the needs of the Broussard children, but she still manages to keep Joe in line on the Regional level.

Pam Menze (Office Manager)

High School: Fresno High School.
Ministry Experience:
Pam and her husband Michael serve faithfully at Cornelia
Southern Baptist Church. She uses her administrative gifts
and talents to encourage the body of Christ there.
Personal:
? Born on November 30.
? Married to Mike, mother of Josh who went home to be with Jesus Dec. 20, 1998.
? Has three siblings, Debbie, Greg and Todd.
? Hobbies include camping and collecting antiques.
? Biggest athletic achievement includes being a hockey mom and being president of the local youth ice hockey club.
? Most admires Joe Broussard.

Pam has served on the FCA staff for over 10 years (longer than anyone else in our region). She is ?the voice? of FCA as she answers the phones and handles all the questions that come to our office. Sarah Holmsten (Fresno State Campus Rep)
|
|
Athletic Experience:
Sarah attended Red Wing High School in Red Wing, Minnesota. She competed on the Swimming team, earning All-Conference, All-State, and All-American honors as she won individual and team state championships. Her biggest athletic thrill came her senior season where her team went undefeated and won their third consecutive state championship.
She then joined the Swimming team at the University of Maine where she was given the Switzer Dedication Award her junior and senior seasons.
Ministry Experience:
Born to Christian Parents, Sarah has seen God work in amazing ways throughout her life. She admires her mom, Carolyn, for working as a full-time Mom and still finding the time to attend every one of her kids’ athletic events and taking them to church every Sunday. In high school and college she struggled with an eating disorder. Through this experience, Sarah grew even closer to God, her family and her friends. As FCA staff, Sarah would like to help female student-athletes who are struggling with body image and help them to see that God made them beautiful.
Personal:
Sarah was born on March 22, 1985 and has two siblings (Kevin and Anne). Her hobbies include training for marathons, watching football, waterskiing, building relationships through Bible studies and small groups and relaxing on the couch with a book or movie. Her favorite books are The Bible, The Purpose Driven Life, and Quiet Strength.
